1. Fantasy Stock Market wants to make your experience with us fun and educational. Your input is greatly appreciated.

2. You can sign up for a Fantasy Stock Market account by registering on the Sign Up To Play page.  Fantasy Stock Market is FREE to play, no purchase necessary. Only one entrance per person.  Once you sign up, $100,000 in "fantasy money" will be added to your Fantasy Stock Market Account.

3. Each game will last from approximately the first trading day of each month to the last trading day of the same month.  You can sign up at any time throughout the month.  At the beginning of the next month, your account balances will be cleared and you will be given a new $100,000 in Fantasy Money to begin trading.  You can cancel your account at any time by sending an email to info@FantasyStockMarket.com.

4. Once you sign up for an account, you can begin buying stocks and mutual funds from the major U.S. exchanges, such as the New York, NASDAQ, and American stock exchanges.  Short selling, options trading, and bond trading are not available.  Use the Fantasy Stock Market Quotes page to find stock prices.  Purchases are limited to stocks or mutual funds that are at $5 or more.  After you make trades, Fantasy Stock Market will keep track of your portfolio.   It will also keep track of how you are doing against other players.   Your Customer ID will be displayed with your account balance. Players will be able to see the transaction history of players on the standings pages, but not their name.  Your Customer ID is a randomly generated number by Fantasy Stock Market.   Also, your email address is your Player Name, and be sure to remember your password.

5. Fantasy Stock Market or its staff will not be liable for any misprints or technical errors either made directly by them or any third party associated with the company.   Fantasy Stock Market will not be liable for any viruses or misuses by any persons.   Any "missed" orders will not be recognized by the company.  Fantasy Stock Market reserves the right to modify the rules, or the game at any time, including canceling any particular game, or the entire game for any reason.

6. Fantasy Stock Market does not give investment advise.  Before investing your own money in the actual stock markets, please consult an investment professional.
